Dulwich Park Fair is returning on Sunday 12th May 2024 from 12-5pm!
Dulwich Park Fair has been running since 2007 and this year will be at the start of the Dulwich Festival. It is a free outdoor, family friendly, event that includes Vauxhall City Farm, Punch and Judy, the Magician, maypole, interactive performances and a fun dog show. The stage by the café will feature local musicians, brass bands, choirs and dance acts of all ages. There will be a huge variety of food, craft, drink and charity stalls.
Dulwich Park Fair has been supported by a grant from Southwark Council’s Neighbourhoods Fund and Dulwich Park Friends help Southwark Council organise the event.
Limited parking – please come by public transport to Dulwich Park, walk or cycle

You can register a dog for the dog show from 1pm (£2 per category) and the dog show starts at 2pm. All proceeds go to Blue Cross too!

I was at the Dulwich Park Fair for 2 hours this year and saw 15 helium balloons let loose in that time. Please reconsider having them at next year’s event. We’ve already been in contact with the balloon seller because they were instructed to weight each balloon so they couldn’t fly off and this clearly wasn’t done. Children do love balloons but we agree they are bad for the environment and can endanger wildlife and we are considering whether to have them at next year’s fair.

Your dog is very welcome and we hope you might enter him / her in the dog show which starts at 2pm!
In terms of COVID we have asked anyone with symptoms of COVID or who have tested positive in the last 10 days not to attend. We have spread out the Fair across the West Lawns and have hand sanitiser stations at the Farm and cafe. We have asked traders to implement 2m distanced queuing.

Hi, what’s the situation regarding blue badge parking? I was told by some that the car park will be completely closed but others have said it’s just limited to blue badge only. Which is correct? Also, which entrance is preferable for access to the stalls with the least amount of walking for disabled people? Thanks!

The car park at College Gate (opposite Dulwich Picture Gallery on College Road) is open (but will fill up very quickly on the Fair day!) Blue badge holders can drive into the park as usual. There are disabled spaces beside the Francis Peek Centre or if your walking is very limited ask a steward at the barrier to escort you through and park nearer the field.
The stalls are all on the field opposite the cafe.
